Welcome to Fantasy World Holidays. By booking any tour package or service with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.
1. π Booking Policy
- A minimum deposit (30%β50% of the total package cost) is required to confirm your booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid before the trip start date.
- All bookings are subject to availability of hotels, transport, and services.
- Prices may vary based on season, availability, and changes in government taxes.
2. π³ Payment Policy
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit card, or other approved methods.
- Any transaction charges or gateway fees will be borne by the customer.
- Failure to complete payment within the deadline may result in cancellation of booking.
3. β Cancellation & Refund Policy
If you cancel your booking, the following charges will apply:
- 30 days or more before travel date: 10% of total package cost
- 15β29 days before travel date: 25% of total package cost
- 7β14 days before travel date: 50% of total package cost
- Less than 7 days before travel date: No refund
Refund Guidelines:
- Refunds will be processed within 7β10 working days after cancellation approval.
- Refunds will be credited via the original payment method.
- Any non-refundable components (flights, train tickets, permits) will not be refunded.
4. π Postponement / Rescheduling Policy
- Customers can request to postpone their trip at least 7 days before the travel date.
- Postponement is subject to availability and price difference (if any).
- One-time date change is allowed without additional service charges (excluding supplier charges).
- New travel dates must be within 3 to 6 months from the original booking date.
5. π¨ Hotel & Transport Policy
- Hotels are subject to availability; similar category hotels may be provided if unavailable.
- Standard check-in/check-out time applies (usually 12 PM / 11 AM).
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel policy and additional charges.
- Transport services are provided as per itinerary and are not at disposal unless specified.
6. πΊοΈ Itinerary Changes
- Fantasy World Holidays reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to weather conditions, strikes, roadblocks, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Any additional cost arising due to such changes must be borne by the customer.
7. π Travel Documents & Responsibilities
- Travelers must carry valid ID proof (Aadhar, Passport, etc.) during the trip.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure proper travel documents and permits if required.
- The company is not responsible for any delays or losses due to incorrect documentation.

- Fantasy World Holidays acts only as a service provider for hotels, transport, and other services.
- We are not liable for any injury, loss, accident, delay, or damage caused due to third-party services.
- We are not responsible for natural disasters, political disturbances, or force majeure events.

- Package cost includes only the services mentioned in the itinerary.
- Any additional services such as entry tickets, personal expenses, or optional activities are not included unless specified.

- In case of no show (failure to arrive on time), no refund will be provided.
